Purchase, Cancellation and Refund policies #

You can purchase a subscription that bills monthly or annually. If you have entered the trial period, you will be automatically billed for an annual subscription after the end of the trial, but you will not be charged till the end of the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the billing cycle in which you cancel. If you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle, your premium services will be terminated immediately.

How to cancel #

Go to your billing portal and click on the “Cancel” link. You can return to the homepage and continue using all the features that are not premium.

Refund Policy #

The Feedgram Individual subscription purchases are nonrefundable. The Feedgram Individual features are yours to use, even if you decide to cancel it.
